Over nearly two decades, Nigel has built a strong reputation in the IT industry, acquiring several reputable business clients in Nanaimo and across Vancouver Island. Al brings nearly three decades of experience in technology, customer service, and operations to his role as Operations Manager at NCI. Beginning his career as an Electronics Technician, he developed a strong technical foundation through hands-on work in audio-visual equipment repair before transitioning into IT.
Throughout his career, Al has remained committed to continuous learning, earning Microsoft certifications and expanding his expertise across a wide range of technologies. His experience with a Point of Sale company on Vancouver Island further strengthened his skills in deploying and managing servers, software, and hardware solutions, while deepening his understanding of client needs.
In his role at NCI, Al combines technical knowledge with operational leadership to ensure efficient service delivery, support team performance, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. His well-rounded background and practical approach make him an integral part of the NCI leadership team.
