Nigel, born and raised in Nanaimo, has always had a profound passion for technology that began in his teenage years. His curiosity and dedication led him to become so skilled that friends, neighbors, students, and teachers sought his help with their computer issues. This early success motivated Nigel to further his education, focusing on technology support, which laid the groundwork for his future endeavors. Following his studies, he opened a small business that quickly gained traction, thanks in large part to word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients.

Over nearly two decades, Nigel has built a strong reputation in the I.T. industry, acquiring several reputable business clients across Nanaimo. His unwavering commitment to quality service has driven him to assemble a talented team of like-minded professionals, ensuring that his clients receive the best support possible. With a relentless passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit, Nigel continues to lead his team, staying at the forefront of industry advancements and providing exceptional service to the community.

Al's career indeed showcases a robust blend of experience and expertise in technology. His initial background as an Electronics Technician, combined with his hands-on experience in repairing audio-visual equipment, laid a solid foundation for his transition into the I.T. field. His commitment to continuous learning through Microsoft courses and certifications underscores his dedication to professional growth.

Working for a Point of Sales company on Vancouver Island allowed him to refine his technical skills, particularly in installing and managing a range of technologies, from servers to printers and software. This experience not only enhanced his technical acumen but also enriched his understanding of customer needs in the tech landscape.

With nearly three decades of experience, Al's diverse background in technology, customer service, and sales makes him a highly valued member of the NCI team, contributing significantly to the organization's success and client satisfaction.

May has a rich background in technology, reflecting her passion for the field from a young age. Her formal education in computer science during high school and her subsequent studies in Information Technology and Applied Systems at Vancouver Island University provided a solid foundation for her career. Since graduating in 2016, May has gained extensive experience as an in-house I.T. programmer and systems engineer, where she has been responsible for building and supporting programs, servers, and networks.

With nearly a decade of professional experience in the I.T. field, May offers a wealth of expertise. Her comprehensive skills and knowledge contribute significantly to NCI's ability to deliver excellent service and undertake larger and more advanced projects. May's contribution ensures that the organization remains competitive and continues to grow in capacity and capability within the industry.

Kyler has had an extensive career spanning more than a decade in the I.T. industry. He began his journey as a local computer technician and advanced his education by studying Information and Applied Systems at Vancouver Island University (VIU). During his time at VIU in 2014, Kyler met May, and they formed a strong friendship, co-supporting each other in expanding their knowledge and skills.

After graduating in 2016, Kyler went on to work as an I.T. Support and Systems Administrator for a large BC company in the forestry sector. Since joining the team at NCI Technical, he has brought his unique experiences and a continuous desire to expand his skills. His contributions have significantly enhanced NCI's ability to move forward and continue delivering outstanding workmanship.

Berenice is a dynamic professional who studied business administration at the University of Guadalajara before making the move to Canada. With a solid educational foundation, she brings valuable skills to her role at NCI, where she has quickly established herself as an integral member of the team. Her diverse responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, conducting invoicing, assisting with client calls, and placing orders, all of which contribute to the smooth operation of the organization.

Since joining the NCI Team, Berenice has demonstrated exceptional dedication and a strong work ethic, effectively supporting both clients and technical staff. Her ability to streamline processes and enhance communication ensures that projects run efficiently and that client needs are met with precision.
